Market Street Talent presents
A free, twice-yearly gathering designed to bring women in tech together to connect, share experiences, and build community.
Join us for an engaging evening exploring the intersection of technology, wealth, and women’s leadership. Through an interactive fireside chat, women leaders from the tech and wealth industries will share their perspectives on building confidence, navigating important conversations, and taking greater ownership of your financial and professional future.
Designed specifically for women in technology, the conversation will go beyond traditional financial advice to explore the parallels between career and financial empowerment, with practical takeaways and resources you can put into action.

Watch on YouTubeAbout WIT
WIT began as a collaboration between Market Street Talent, Dr. Loretta Brady of Saint Anselm College, and the NH Diversity Workforce Coalition. Recognizing the gender gap in the tech industry, the initiative was created to amplify women's voices and increase opportunities for growth and retention in the field.
Today WIT is a biannual event built for real discussion and real connection. In 2026, we celebrate 15 consecutive years of bringing together women in technology and their allies. Spring events are virtual; fall events are hybrid, so you can join from wherever you are.
Our mission is to support and empower women in technology by providing free, engaging events where industry professionals can connect, share experiences, and navigate the field's unique challenges. Through open conversations and collaborative learning, we aim to cultivate a stronger, more inclusive tech community.
