Market Street Talent is a woman-founded, women-led IT recruiting firm based in Portsmouth, NH specializing in the information technology and digital marketing verticals. We started as a one-person technical staffing firm in 2008, building longstanding partnerships with local companies along the Greater Boston, New Hampshire, and Maine seacoast.
We’ve grown a lot since those early days—expanding our talent network and recruiting capabilities to a national level, and servicing a diverse group of clients who we’re proud to call friends.

Founder/President
Jennifer is the Founder and President of Market Street Talent, a WBENC-certified information technology staffing and consulting business serving clients since 2008. She is a strategic business driver, thought leader, and entrepreneur at heart. Jennifer is an adept technology and business professional and is known for leading by example, driving change, and fostering independence and innovation. Outside of Market Street Talent, Jennifer is the proud mother of one son (Max) and two pups (Louis, 6-month-old border collie and Zack, 10-year-old Shih Tzu).
CFO/Controller
Peter is the CFO/Controller at Market Street where he is the key accounting and finance person handling all the aspects of finance. He has been in the accounting field for over 30 years and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He began his career in accounting working on the audit staff for KPMG (Big 6 Firm). When he left KPMG, he held managerial roles in a variety of private businesses such as: waste management, non-profits, construction, and staffing. During his career he has been successful at utilizing technology to build efficiency and accuracy into the financial operations. Peter has been with Market Street Talent for over 10 years handling all aspects of accounting and assisting senior management with strategic planning. In his free time, Peter likes to be outdoors working in the yard in the summer, and skiing at local resorts in the winter. He is a supporter of the New England Revolution soccer team and has attended many of their home matches for 10 years. Peter lives local to Portsmouth and is married with two daughters.
Human Resources Coordinator
Liz is the HR Coordinator here at Market Street Talent but also wears many other hats:
Liz graduated from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Women’s Studies. She is a NH Notary Public as well as a Certified Administrative Professional, holding a specialty certificate in Organizational Management from the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
Liz comes to MST with fourteen years of prior experience as a senior administrative assistant in the wealth management industry and four years of previous experience as an assistant office manager. She is always looking to improve our process and the candidate experience. She is just an email or phone call away if you ever need help with your assignment, timekeeping, benefits questions, etc.
Senior Account Executive
Megan Struthers is a Senior Account Executive. She works on full-cycle business development with a focus on engaging with prospective clients, identifying solutions, and translating positive relationships into workable job requirements. Megan works on account/relationship management with existing clients too! She has been at Market Street Talent since November 2019—the best career decision she said she has ever made. One accomplishment Megan is proud of is hitting the top tier of MST’s yearly President’s Club bonus in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, getting tattoos, and being lakeside. Megan lives in Barrington, NH, with her husband and their fur babies!
Senior Account & Marketing Manager
Marie is a Senior Account and Marketing Manager passionate about combining business development, account management, and marketing strategy to achieve impactful results. She thrives on building strong client relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth. What she loves most about her role is creating connections that help professionals advance their careers while empowering clients to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Marie enjoys quality time with her husband, two kids, and their dog. She finds joy in outdoor adventures, listening to music and podcasts, cooking, and continually expanding her knowledge.
Director of Recruiting
Kelsey Kane is the Director of Recruiting. She grows, trains, and manages the technical recruiting team. She also provides ongoing development by maximizing placement and profitability within the group. Kelsey promotes healthy and long-lasting candidate and recruiter relationships as well as a collaborative team environment. She has been at Market Street Talent since January of 2017, while being promoted three times and working her way up from top performing recruiter to Director. Something interesting about Kelsey is that she would love to retire on a ranch out west with a ton of horses. She is thankful for her amazing family at MST, who have been supportive and happy for her throughout her career growth.
Senior Technical Recruiter
Kaitlyn Brown is a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Market Street Talent. She works with candidates to help them land exciting new job opportunities in the New England area. Kaitlyn has been working as a recruiter with MST since June 2019. She started her recruiting journey shortly after graduating with a bachelors in business and was promoted to Senior Recruiter in April 2022. Outside of recruiting, Kaitlyn loves to snowboard in the winter and spend lots of time at the beach in the summer! She also has a very cute cat named Winnie.
Technical Recruiter
Margaret Cole is a Technical Recruiter with Market Street Talent where she spends her days helping candidates find their dream job! She has been in recruiting for three years and with Market Street since February 2022. Maggie loves her job and helping people find life changing opportunities—and more so for a company that truly values her as an employee. Outside of the office, Maggie spends her free time on a lake or a mountain, and always has her golden retriever, Copper by her side!
Technical Recruiter
Aizlyn Alfonso is a Technical Recruiter. Her job is to find the best talent to fit her clients’ roles and company cultures. She thoroughly enjoys talking to new candidates and building strong connections. Aizlyn has been at Market Street Talent since May 2022 when she made a career transition from being an elementary school teacher. She was voted most outstanding senior by the faculty in her major during her undergraduate studies at University of New Hampshire (UNH), and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Aizlyn then went on to graduate with a 4.0 in her master’s degree—also from UNH. She enjoys singing and was in an a cappella group in college. She also enjoys reading and being outdoors walking, swimming, paddle-boarding, and skiing. Aizlyn is the oldest of three girls and grew up in East Dover, Vermont surrounded by beautiful nature.
Team Motivator
Zack is a purebred Shih Tzu and is 10 years old. He loves to greet everyone with excessive licks, and he is very cuddly. Zack always snuggles up on everyone’s lap and falls asleep. Outside of the office, he loves to go for long car rides and chase and bark at cats that are outside.
