Market Street Talent is a woman-founded, women-led IT recruiting firm based in Portsmouth, NH specializing in the information technology and digital marketing verticals. We started as a one-person technical staffing firm in 2008, building longstanding partnerships with local companies along the Greater Boston, New Hampshire, and Maine seacoast.

CFO/Controller
Peter is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience across finance, tax, treasury, financial systems, and project management. Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record of driving profitability and business value through strategic insight and data-informed decision-making. Known for his analytical mindset and proactive approach, Peter is committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture at Market Street Talent.

When not immersed in financial strategy, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors—gardening and doing yard work in the summer and skiing in the winter. He especially values time spent with his wife and two daughters whenever possible.
Human Resources Coordinator
Liz brings over 18 years of administrative and office management experience to her role at Market Street Talent. With a background in wealth management and a degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, Liz blends professionalism with a warm, approachable style. She is an NH Notary Public and a Certified Administrative Professional, holding a specialty certificate in Organizational Management. Liz is always looking for ways to enhance onboarding and improve the overall candidate experience—she's just an email or phone call away for support on assignments, timekeeping, benefits, and more.

In her spare time, Liz loves exploring nature and spotting wildlife on her family's historic farmstead and conservation land. She's also an avid aquarist and shares her love of animals with her toddler.
Senior Account Executive
As a seasoned Senior Account Executive, Megan brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to business development. She specializes in the full lifecycle of client engagement—connecting with prospective partners, identifying tailored solutions, and translating trusted relationships into actionable job requirements. Megan is passionate about aligning client goals with top technical and digital marketing talent, ensuring every placement is a perfect fit.

Marie is a Senior Account and Marketing Manager who blends business development, strategic marketing, and account management to deliver impactful results. Kelsey is a passionate and strategic recruiting leader with a strong track record of growth at Market Street Talent. Since joining the team in January 2017, she has earned three promotions, working her way from top-performing recruiter to Director of Recruiting. Kelsey is known for her ability to foster lasting candidate relationships, empower her team, and drive recruiting success through collaboration, mentorship, and performance-focused development. She is deeply grateful for her MST family and their support throughout her career journey.

Senior Technical Recruiter
Kaitlyn is a Senior Technical Recruiter here at MST and has been with the team for over six years. She got into recruiting right after graduating with a Marketing degree from Plymouth State and hasn't looked back since. With a focus on IT and Marketing roles, Kaitlyn loves the fast pace, the constant learning, and—most of all—helping people land the right role and watching it all come together for both the candidate and client.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn's either at the beach (preferably with a good book), snowboarding in the winter, or spending time with her cat, Winnie, and her new puppy, Bruce (who's still figuring things out—but very cute).

Known for her bubbly personality and genuine passion for building relationships, she thrives on creating opportunities that drive careers and businesses forward. With a talent for asking the right questions and offering steady support, Aizlyn ensures each candidate feels confident throughout the hiring process.

Zack is a purebred Shih Tzu with a decade of experience in spreading joy and snuggles. Known around the office for his enthusiastic greetings and endless affection, Zack brings warmth, comfort, and a whole lot of tail wags to the team. His sweet personality and lap-loving nature make him a favorite coworker at Market Street Talent.
