What is your role as Market Street Talent?
I am a Technical Recruiter at Market Street Talent!
How did you first learn about Market Street Talent?
Kelsey reached out to me! Little did she know it was the perfect timing. I had no clue what I was missing out on in a company. The culture here is unbeatable.
Tell us a little about yourself. Where is your hometown? What do you like to do on your days off?
I was born in Illinois. But I moved to Florida around the age of 8 and have been here ever since. So, I am basically a Floridian now. I only like the snow and cold for about one week, so I will probably never leave.
On my days off, we enjoy exploring Central Florida as a family. Some of our favorite spokes are the local nature walks with our pup Bruno, Aquatica, Disney Springs, Seaworld, Boxi Park, and really the list could go on.
What’s your favorite TV show or movie?
I am a sucker for "Grey’s Anatomy"—I honestly just need to know how it ends now. Does Meridith produce a cure for Alzheimer’s or not? Come on! My favorite movie is whatever animated movie Disney comes out with at the time.
What is one fact most people don’t know about you?
I transitioned out of education into the world of recruiting. I am officially in love with recruiting and would like to do it until I retire. Also, I binge listen to random artists to get through my day. This month is Conan Gray!
If you didn’t have to work, what would you do with your time?
To be honest, I would definitely take a daily nap—I love naps!
I would enjoy traveling and exploring places. But I like doing what the locals do versus what the tourist would do.
Beer or Wine?
I do not like either. I prefer a cocktail or mixed drink. 😊
Coffee or Tea?
I like them equally and honestly drink both about once or twice a month.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
Whatever you do, do it with excellence! AND Always remember we are dealing with actual people, so treat them as such.
