Title: Financial Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Financial Business Analyst to join their team in the Boston area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform process analysis of customer activities to determine process improvement opportunities.
• Educate IT employees on business vision and plan and both IT and business employees on the impact of changes and support, working as a “bridge” between the two.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials. Provide technical training and user support to business groups.  Develop communication plans and related activities.

Job Summary

As the practice leader, the Director of Professional Services works closely with the Product Management team to identify Services solutions to complement wide array of managed cloud and hosting services.
